Our 15mm magnetic balls are made of high-quality neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) material, which is known for its excellent magnetic properties and durability. The surface of each magnetic ball is treated with three layers of nickel-copper-nickel plating. This multi-layer plating not only enhances the corrosion resistance of the magnetic ball, but also improves its anti-oxidation performance. We use precision CNC processing technology to ensure that the diameter error of each magnetic ball is controlled within ±0.05mm, thereby ensuring the consistency and stability of the magnetic ball. The surface of the magnetic ball is polished to make it smoother and reduce the wear caused by friction during use. Our 15mm magnetic balls can maintain stable magnetic properties even in high temperature environments, and have undergone rigorous high-temperature aging tests to ensure that they can still work normally in environments up to 80 degrees Celsius. Each batch of 15mm magnetic balls undergoes rigorous salt spray testing before leaving the factory to ensure that they still perform well in humid and corrosive environments.
